Can’t find your calendar?

SyncWake turns the events in your phone’s own calendar into alarms. If a calendar isn’t in SyncWake’s list, it hasn’t been synced to your phone yet. That takes a minute to fix, but the steps depend on your phone.

Outlook is an app. Exchange is the account type most workplaces and schools use. Reading your work email in the Outlook app doesn’t make it an Outlook.com account, and setting it up as Outlook.com is a common reason a work calendar never shows up.

Address ends in @outlook.com, @hotmail.com, @live.com or @msn.com: a personal Outlook.com account.
Address from your employer or school (you@company.com): a Microsoft Exchange account.
